I hope this is the only restaurant that you have in Los Angeles and you took the decisionto close down your restaurant in Glendale. In 1999, I went to eat to Glendale, after we went to the next movie theater. Every weekend Louise was our place for dining. My wife, my daughter and I used to be an usual customer of your restaurant in Glendale. In this ocassion, we had a Mexican male waitress. This waitress was impatient to get our order, my daughter asked him for a natural juice, and he respond saying the juice did not have a good taste and he did not recommend her to drink it. My daughter them decided for water. We choose three different dishes and he always found out a problem with the dishes, finally we agreed to get pizza.When the moment for the dessert came, he showed up with the bill. I told him, no, we want dessert. He repplied that I must stand up and go to the front to see the desserts availables. I refused and I asked for the manager to complain. The manager showed up with the bill and told me that if I don not leave after paying the bill he will call the police, That he would do this because we offend the waitress with our attitude. We left and for GOOD!!!! Why I wait too long? Because, today looking in the Internet for Italian restaurants in Atlanta, your name Came up. I do not know if you have restaurants in Atlanta or not, I do not care, but, Hell I have been telling in each meeting, in each conference around the United States of MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOUISES IN GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA.
